New Strategies for Peace in Israel-Palestine: Safe Zones Inside Israel and a Three State Solution: A Working Paper

In the short term, new safe zones for civilian Gazans are proposed and, for the longer term, a new ideological configuration for three future states is suggested: Theocratic Jewish Israel; Theocratic Muslim Palestine; and Liberal Pluralistic Israel-Palestine. The new safe zones will make it easier for IDF efforts to diminish Hamas and will dramatically reduce civilian Gazan casualties. It may even be a catalyst to get the remainder of the hostages returned.
